This Privacy Policy describes how 1000 LeveL Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website or contact us about our apps and games.
This website does not require account registration and does not knowingly collect your name, phone number, contact list, or other personal information merely because you visit it. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond.
Our apps may process information through third-party services. For the Figure It Out mobile app, this may include advertising identifiers and ad interaction data through Google AdMob; analytics and gameplay events through Firebase Analytics; crash reports and diagnostics through Firebase Crashlytics; and device information such as model, operating-system version, and app-performance data.
Figure It Out stores game progress and settings locally on your device, including your current level, placed pieces, hint count, and sound, vibration, and dark-mode settings. This local data remains on your device unless you clear the app storage or uninstall the app.
Information is used to operate and improve our apps, display advertisements, save progress and settings, respond to support requests, and diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues. We do not sell your personal information.
Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play services, and applicable platform services may process information under their own privacy policies and retention practices. Service providers may receive information needed to operate ads, analytics, crash reporting, or app services.
Figure It Out is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can clear app storage to remove locally saved progress and settings, adjust available ad preferences, or uninstall an app. You may also choose what information to include when contacting support.
